 (KISSH - 新冠病毒抗原快速測試棒 (鼻咽拭子版):

 


✦成分組合：
1.測試卡 x1
2.採樣拭子 x1
3.樣品提取瓶 x1
4.樣品提取管x1

6.說明書 x1

✦使用方法 採樣方法：鼻拭子(Nasal Swab)
1.扭開密封的樣本提取液, 並加入採樣管中。
2.取出棉籤 (注意：讓手指遠離棉籤末端)。
3. 小心地將拭子放進鼻孔，直到感覺有輕微阻力（鼻子上方約 1.5-2.5 厘米深），緊貼鼻孔內壁緩慢旋轉5圈，再於另一 邊鼻孔同樣採集樣本。

注意：如果未正確收集拭子，可能會出現假陰性結果。
4.把拭子浸進採樣管提取液中，並轉動約10次混合，再於管內壁擠壓拭子5次，確保完全收集拭子上的溶液，並扣住拭子頭部，將其保留在試管中。最後蓋上採樣管瓶蓋。
5.打開袋子，將卡片放在乾淨、乾燥、平坦的表面上。(注意：請勿觸摸卡內部的任何部件。)
6. 以 90º 角將 3 滴提取的樣品滴入測試卡的樣品孔中。
7.等待 15 分鐘。(注意：在此期間請勿接觸卡片，有機會令測試結果出錯/提早顯現)
8. 於15~20分鐘內解讀測試結果。20分鐘後的結果將不具參考價值。試劑盒組件和患者樣本應作為傳染性廢物處理。組件必須按照當地的處置規定進行處理。

解讀測試結果：
1.陽性結果：測試板C及T位置同時出現紅線。
2.陰性結果：測試板只有C位置出現紅線。
3.結果無效：測試板C位置為空白， T位置為空白或顯示紅色帶

✦產地：中國
✦儲存方式：產品應存放在陰涼處。 有效期18個月，禁止在2°C以下儲存，避免使用過期產品。
✦生產日期（MFD）和有效期（EXP）：標註在標籤上。
✦注意事項：

1. 用於體外診斷。
2.本產品僅被授權用於核衣殼蛋白的檢測SARS-CoV-2，不適用於任何其他病毒或病原體。
3. 正確的樣品收集和處理對於正確的結果至關重要。
4. 處理拭子樣本時不要接觸拭子尖端。
5. 將測試卡密封在鋁箔袋中，直到使用前。如果袋子損壞或請勿使用打開。
6. 不要使用過期的套件。
